Today is a day in SEO that webmasters will never forget. On
February 24, 2011, Google Launched Panda Algorithm, three years ago, Google
changed the SEO algorithm that would downgrade the low-value content.
Panda had a larger impact on Google's search quality related
algorithms in Google's history. Search Engine Optimizers may argue that Penguin
was felt more, and its likely was by SEOs, after Panda, but Panda algorithm
probably had a wider imprint.

Google stopped confirming updates of Panda from last year
and then started doing rolling .They softened it recently and there have been
refreshes monthly, some bigger than others but it is hard to know if it was
Panda or something else update.
